Karmavore is proud to support the following charities by providing them with a minimum contribution of 10% of all profits.

Currently, we have selected charities that truly make a difference for animals on a daily basis.

We believe that the current corporate world needs to change. If every business adopted ethical principles and supported like minded organizations, we could make great change in this world. Karmavore will always do everything we can to make this world a better place.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), with more than 2.0 million members and supporters, is the largest animal rights organization in the world. PETA focuses its attention on the four areas in which the largest numbers of animals suffer the most intensely for the longest periods of time: on factory farms, in laboratories, in the clothing trade, and in the entertainment industry. We also work on a variety of other issues, including the cruel killing of beavers, birds and other "pests," and the abuse of backyard dogs. PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns.

The Lifeforce Foundation is a non-profit charitable Vancouver based ecology organization that was formed in 1981 to raise public awareness of the interrelationship between people, animals, and the environment. We promote animal rights and ecological responsibility. We must take into account the long term impacts on all when resolving issues. In order to develop a non-violent society we must extend our circle of compassion to include all sentient creatures with whom we share this planet. Lifeforce focuses upon three major areas in which humans, animal and environmental rights are violated, which we call "The Three E's". This is how the human animal eats, entertains and experiments. In order to protect all life we must eat a vegan diet, not use animals in entertainment and stop vivisection (the inhumane, scientifically fallacious abuse of animal models).

The British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC SPCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in BC. Through its 36 branches located around BC and its provincial office in Vancouver, the BC SPCA provides a wide range of services for more than 40,000 homeless, abused, injured and abandoned animals around the province. The BC SPCA was created under the auspices of the provincial Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, and is the only animal welfare organization in BC which has the authority to enforce laws relating to animal cruelty and to prepare cases for Crown Counsel for the prosecution of individuals who inflict suffering on animals.
