In-Store Return Policy

You have 14 days after purchase to return unused footwear and fashion products for a full refund
Food items, books, and used items cannot be returned
"Used" refers to footwear or clothing worn outside or that are washed/stained/dirty/scratched, belts/wallets or other fashion items with creases/scratches. Essentially, the item must be in NEW condition to qualify for a refund
Merchandise warranty issues are to be coordinated directly by the customer to the manufacturer

Online Return Policy

You must notify us of the intent to return your item prior to sending it back to us, to ensure that the item qualifies for return
You have 30 days after delivery to return unused footwear and fashion products for a full refund (less shipping, including amounts paid by Karmavore for free shipping offers)
Karmavore must receive the returned goods within 30 calendar days from the date received
Food items, books, and used items cannot be returned

Shipping Policy

Changes to orders are not accepted. Once an order is packed, it can no longer be canceled/changed and our standard return policy then applies.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post
Extra Duty/Customs Fees may apply if you are purchasing from outside Canada
Tracking Information is provided on most Shipping Options, but not all
Worldwide Orders are Accepted, but Delays may occur in Customs
Cold items are sold on an "order at your own risk" basis and cannot be refunded
Canada Post will attempt 1 delivery to the address provided, and if someone is not available, they will leave a delivery attempt slip and request a pickup at the nearest Canada Post office. It is therefore advisable to use a business address or an address that you know will be available for delivery during regular business hours
International Orders will be transferred to local Postal Carriers of the respective country, and we cannot advise on their delivery terms/methods. Order internationally at your own risk!
Orders with cold items are scheduled for shipment as best as we can to help avoid weekend transit delays
Dates Shown on Shipping Selection screen are Estimates Only. We try our best to ship out all orders the same or next business day after they are placed, but at times it may take longer based on order volumes. We are therefore unable to guarantee any specific delivery dates.
